Although Eastwoods charge minimal fees some agencies charge for the following.

  • Tenancy agreement
  • Inventory
  • Referencing
  • Guarantors

[/vc_cta][vc_cta h2=”Guarantors” h4=”A guarantor is a 3rd party, such as parent or relative, which agrees to pay your rent if you fail to pay.” color=”blue” el_width=”xs” add_icon=”left” i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-gavel” i_color=”black” i_background_style=”rounded” i_background_color=”blue” i_size=”xl”]

Most agencies will ask for a guarantor for students

  • If you are in a joint and liable contract then you and your guarantor would be liable for the entire rental amount in cases of non-payment
  • If you do not have a UK based guarantor you may be asked to pay from 6 to 12 months rent in advance
